# Activating Listings and selecting Inspection Warehouses

### **Step 1: Upload Your Listing**

* Upload your product information via Excel on the **Sell page**.
* Ensure all mandatory fields are complete and correct.

### **Step 2: Select an Inspection Warehouse and Activate Listing**

* Go to **Sell > Manage price lists**.
* Click on the uploaded file you want to activate.
* Select the designated **Inspection Warehouse** for **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** delivery.
* Change the status of the Listing from **Inactive** to **Active**.

### **Step 3: Confirm Active Status**

* Only **Active Listings** are visible to Buyers on the platform.
* Make sure all product details, including BBD or Fresh Goods rules, comply with Parallel’s requirements before activation.

### **Tips**

* Ensure you can deliver all products in this price list to the selected warehouse on **DDP terms within one week** to avoid penalties.
* Verify that the Listing is complete and accurate before activation.
* Use the Sell page regularly to manage multiple price lists efficiently.
