# Seller delivery obligations (DDP to Inspection Warehouse)

### **Step 1: Delivery After Order Confirmation**

* Once an Order is confirmed and full payment is received, Parallel instructs the Seller to deliver the goods.
* Only **verified Sellers** can fulfill Orders.

### **Step 2: Delivery Terms**

* Delivery must be made to the **Inspection Warehouse or approved inspection partner**.
* Sellers are responsible for all **costs, duties, and risks** associated with delivering the goods under DDP.

### **Step 3: Delivery Timeline**

* Goods must be delivered **within one (1) week** of receiving Parallel’s instruction.
* Parallel expects prompt communication if any potential delays occur.

### **Step 4: Labelling and Order Reference**

* Each pallet or shipment must include the **Order reference clearly labeled**.
* This ensures accurate identification and smooth inspection at the warehouse.

### **Step 5: Inspection Preparation**

* Ensure products are ready for inspection (accurate BBD, Fresh Goods compliance, correct packaging).
* Parallel or the inspection warehouse will inspect the goods within **72 hours** of delivery.

### **Tips for Sellers**

* Confirm that you can deliver all items in the Order to the specified warehouse on DDP terms within one week to avoid penalties.
* Clearly label pallets with the Order reference to prevent delays.
* Keep shipment documentation and transport details ready for the inspection team.
* Notify Parallel immediately if delivery delays are expected.
